The Grace Baptist Church of South Charlotte is a new and exciting church located near the town of Matthews.  We are a local, Independent, Fundamental Baptist Church.  Independent from any convention or national organization and believing God's entire Word literally.

In a short time Grace has grown from its humble beginnings into a growing and working church where a sweet spirit amongst the people and an expectation for the continued blessing of God are immediately evident.  God has blessed Grace Baptist Church with a temporary meeting place at Kids-R-Kids learning center located on the corner of Chestnut and Potters Road in Stallings.  Pastor Edwards and his family arrived in March of 2004 and we held our charter service in September of the same year.  Since that time we have moved forward to impact our community and the world for Christ.  We look forward to continued growth and ministry in the greater South Charlotte area.

Our prayer is that you will find that Grace Baptist Church is a place where you will find true friendship and the foundation of Jesus Christ to build your life on.  We are easily accessable from Matthews, Charlotte, Weddington, Indian Trail, Stallings, Mint Hill, Hemby Bridge, Waxhaw, Pineville and Monroe.
